After breakfast , we visited the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the presidential Palace, Ba Dinh Square and Pillar Pagoda.
We have to line up in twos to enter the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum & walk a super long route to the museum.
& there's like nearly 1000 ppl there I think.
they say touching the head of the tortise will give you good luck for exams. & the scholars used to study here , which their names will be carved on the rocks if they become successful or have good grades. I can't rmb alr. But I rmb that there's 83 statues like that. [forget abt the look on my face. ]

After that, we carry on our journey to Ha Long Bay.
& I think I have muscle ache due to the long distance we covered on that day. Lol

3rd day
Ha Long Bay


the brothers. Do they look alike? Lol
After being on the ship for like 1hr+, we went down & go to the 2 caves to see the rocks.
some of the rocks look like lion, Sun Wukong,Zhu Ba Jie, Jing Gu Bang, Tortise & alot more.
Yeah, one of them even looks like Guan Yin Ma.
Took some photos but can't make out what is it, as most of them are situated at the upper part of the caves.
So I shall show you the rocks with light effect.

After that went to the kelong(?) there to buy crabs & lala & one shell thingy seafood to add to our lunch.

look carefully. What does it look like? Does it look like 2 chickens kissing? Lol.
After that we checked in to our hotel in Ha Long Bay & started exploring their market.

Dangerous!

At night, we visited the shop selling dog meat. The smell was unbearable. We didn't try.

I don't dare to eat dog meat. only 2 uncles in our tour group ate it. The ppl there seems to be eating very happily, which I think singaporean can't even bear to eat it.

I saw the intestines of the dog which is so disgusting.

The tourguide said that vietnamnese also eats cat meat & rabbit meat. =C

4th day

the highlight of the day was taking trishaw. & that is super scary. My mother even had an mini accident. There's one motorcyle which crashed onto her trishaw. Fortunately, nobody gets hurt.

We also visited the West Lake.

& when it is night time, we watched the water puppet show.

It was quite boring uh, cause I could'nt understand their language & we are situated at the 2nd last row of the hall & that is super far.

Can't really see clearly.

After dinner, went back hotel & bathed & went out again.

I wore my specs & did not put any powder on my face as it was a last minute decision.

& I feel that my face is so "NAKED". Lol

Didn't take any photos as we're going back in the noon. Went outside of the hotel & shopped for a little while . The weather was super good that day, with wind blowing.

Oh ,the wind blow sand into my eyes, which is so frustating as I have to rub my eyes .
How I wished Singapore have this weather, & I don't have to worry abt sweating

while walking on the road of orchard. Haha.

On the plane -Back to singapore. (:

Reached Changi airport & my right eye suddenly hurt so much, & tears flow out of my eyes uncontrollably. Must be some foreign particles entering my eye. So many ppl looked at me , which makes me so paiseh. Lol
